健康是每天生活的資源,並非生活的目標——請珍惜有限的資源吧!

不知道大家都用什麼方式記錄自己的健康?又都記錄了哪些內容呢?其實在日常生活中每個人或多或少都有進行健康管理,只是管理的內容與方式實在太多元化罷了。


例如每天量血壓就是一種健康管理,而規律的運動習慣也是,即便是記錄每天的心情都是屬於健康管理的範疇。
進入青少年時期後,開始習慣在手帳本中紀錄生理期日期,觀察女生最重要的身體週期;習慣養成後,連每日飲食狀況及運動狀態也都一併記錄。
隨著年紀增長,代謝越來越差,現在使用體脂計量體重、算BMI、體脂肪等已經是每日例行作業了。


老年人總是有些慢性病,因為高血壓、糖尿病等問題,每天都要測量血壓、血糖,並定時服藥,為了讓生體機能維持正常,總免不了要依賴這些儀器協助觀察。

一個人的健康包含了身體、心理及社會等各方面,並非只是疾病或虛弱的不存在而已。而影響健康狀況的因素則有(一)環境因素,即環境中的危險物; (二)生物因素,即個人的體質、遺傳、抵抗力或生物狀況; (三)生活方式,即個人的職業型態、工作時間、飲食習慣、抽煙喝酒等; (四)醫療服務的取得,即有否能力負擔醫療費用,是否有足夠的診療設施及人員等部分。針對身、心、靈各面向的管理與各種影響健康因素的控制,即為「健康管理(或稱健康促進)」。


『健康是每天生活的資源,並非生活的目標(出自渥太華憲章)。』既然是資源,就應該進行妥善的管理,因為所有的資源都是有限的,在這樣的前提下,做好健康管理是非常重要的。每天記錄喝水量、飲食紀錄等內容,可以知道身體攝取的營養是否均衡;每月紀錄生理期時間與狀態,可以知道經期是否規律,是否需要檢查;養成規律的生活作息與運動習慣,則可避免各種不健康的因素(高血壓、高血糖、心血管疾病等),除了作為平常時觀察健康狀態是否良好之外,更可以為醫療行為提供判斷數據。


其實我們從未出生起,就已經開始管理健康了,媽媽懷孕時每個月的產檢不就是健康管理了!所以是不是只有生病時才需要做健康管理呢?這個答案當然是否定的。不管健康與否、年齡多大,「每一個人」都應該多關心自己的健康,從仔細記錄各種身體、心靈狀態開始吧!
